I’ve tried this Tim Hortons on St-Louis many times, and unfortunately my morning experiences have been consistently terrible. The same morning manager is always there, and the service is horrible. She comes across as arrogant and genuinely doesn’t seem to care about customers. When I see that she’s working, I honestly just drive away without ordering.

Service in the morning is always very slow, and orders are frequently wrong. Even a simple order never seems to be done correctly, which is extremely frustrating.

That said, the evening staff is a completely different story. The service is much better, faster, and more pleasant. Evening visits deserve a solid 4-star rating.

Overall, mornings are a 1-star experience, evenings are a 4-star. I really hope Tim Hortons Canada looks into this, because the difference in service depending on the time of day is huge.

They have a sign in parking lot for breakfast special. When you go in and try to order it, the staff said its not available and it only starts the next day. I told the staff that you should not have put up the sign if its not available. False advertising which is surprising for a corporate brand.

It was not 24/7 hours not posted proerly for holidays!!! Tim hortons used to be good in 2007!!! I wish i had my old timies back

I rarely leave negative review but if I owned this place I would want to know so I can make changes. I went to the drive through yesterday December 16 at 10am, and the Indian lady who was handling the drive thru was the rudest person I have ever met . I have yet to get worst customer service than this. She got impatient really quick and extremely rude to the customers , it didn’t see like I was the only one she would treat like this. This should not be tolerated

Ordered at drive through and they asked me to pull my car up. There’s no designated spot to do that, and causes a lot of blockage because it’s the exit to the road right in front of the drive through. Not a fan of the new manager too, it’s a middle age lady. When she’s on staff and working I always have a bad tims experience. And I’ve been to this location ever since it opened there.

Anyway back to moving my car up. They do it so they can record that they served t he customer under 2 mins but I was 10 mins for two coffees and saw 3 cars behind me pass for their orders…..

I had to go back inside. Why did I go to drive through?

Waited at the drive through, no response, spoke through the speaker if anyone was there, no response, waited again, no response. I advanced to the window. The manager (Jessica) then told me I cannot order at the window, despite there being a long lineup behind me because no one was taking drive through orders.

I had to complain that no one was answering and that I was waiting there for almost 5 minutes.

Eventually, I was able to place my order at the window after giving me a hard time. They made me wait an additional 10 minutes before part of my order came. First they forgot about my drink. Then they forgot my muffin.

Horrible customer service from the manager (Jessica) and incompetent staff on duty. Not coming to this tim hortons location again.
