I came to this branch to take my daily order that I take before work by ordering in the car and this woman asked me to go forward to wait for my order without giving me a bill or anything to prove what my order was and when I went forward, cars gathered behind me and started using the car horn and the next day the same situation happened and she asked me to go forward even though there was only one car behind me and I refused so she returned the money as if I was asking her for charity and when I refused to move she gave me my order of French vanilla with espresso without the espresso so I went back to her and put the espresso and on the third day I told her that what she was doing was wrong so she closed the window and did not open it even though I wanted to submit the order and order from her so I went in and took her picture and I hope that the management of Tim Hortons will look into this employee whose strange and unprofessional or ill-mannered behavior ...... I ordered a chicken Parmesan flatbread pizza, they made it with crispy chicken… I was so hungry that I decided to eat it anyway, then I couldn’t continue eating because the chicken wasn’t even taste fresh, it was so dry! So disappointing!

The cashier guy was so nice and chill, i ordered an ice cap but the whupped cream was a bit less creamy than usual, the place was full of old men and idk i js dont like that
