Terrible. The service is horrendous, you almost always have to wait a dozen minutes or more to be served, and then some more to get your order. And it’s not due to a lack of personnel, but complete disorganization and lack of productivity by employees. When I see the supervisor/manager present, it appears it runs a bit more smoothly and she’s trying to get them to be efficient (good worker, nothing to say against her), but you can’t do more than try to make people actually work.
I have since found another Tim Hortons in my way to work because it was nonsense I stuck with this loss of time and encouraged this business by giving it money for so long when the inefficiency was so high. Go somewhere people value you as a customer and try to serve you properly rather than treat you like an annoyance giving them more work to do.

The staffs are very slow and dirty.
They treat the customers very rudely, they don't know how to make the orders and always mess up the orders.

This is the worst tim Hortons in Montreal not only is the staff absolutely rude and the they mess up the order every single time and they make us wait in front when we pass at the drive through, they always seem to never have ANYTHING no toast no protein milk and not to mention they’re toast or English muffin is ALWAYS soggy and never well cooked absolutely disgusting 🤢

Their screen where they take the order doesn't work (this is the second time happening in 48 hours), I waited for minutes without anyone talking to me, so I drove to the window, and I have the lady working there asking me to go all the way around so she can take my order, and that she is not allowed to take order at the window.
I explained to her that it is not my fault and that yesterday I had the same problem, she told me there is nothing she can do about it.
What a waste of time, I just drove away. I ll just change my usual Tim Hortons to the next one down the street.

I always have such a great experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff here are friendly, welcoming, and really make you feel like a valued customer. The manager in particular goes above and beyond — you can tell they truly care about both their team and the customers. I also want to highlight Fatima — she is always so wonderful, helpful, and warm. It makes such a difference to be greeted with kindness and a smile every time I stop by. Thank you for creating such a positive atmosphere!

I came to this branch to take my daily order that I take before work by ordering in the car and this woman asked me to go forward to wait for my order without giving me a bill or anything to prove what my order was and when I went forward, cars gathered behind me and started using the car horn and the next day the same situation happened and she asked me to go forward even though there was only one car behind me and I refused so she returned the money as if I was asking her for charity and when I refused to move she gave me my order of French vanilla with espresso without the espresso so I went back to her and put the espresso and on the third day I told her that what she was doing was wrong so she closed the window and did not open it even though I wanted to submit the order and order from her so I went in and took her picture and I hope that the management of Tim Hortons will look into this employee whose strange and unprofessional or ill-mannered behavior
