Every day around 23h00 the staff change is causing delay(from 10 to 20min!) in order taking because the staff is ALWAYS late. The person baking in the back is not able to use the paiement machine. They installed a screen so you can make and pay your own order for them to do but the person baking is refusing to even make a coffee saying she dosen't know how. After multiple headbuts me and some of my colleges have decided to not go there anymore. Bad customer service and lack of training for the employee.

food is always good just that service sucks they forgot things in the order they have a hard time speaking french or english and they make you wait in parking lot when there is no one behind you at drive in service

I am never ever coming back to this Tim Hortons. They show items on the kiosk that they don’t even have, and then tell you it’s not the same price and you can’t get a replacement. On top of that, they don’t give you proper attention, can’t even process a refund, and there’s no apology, no accountability—nothing.

I always get fast and super friendly service at this location.
Girl serving at 10pm refused to serve food as she said there is non available, shift changed and i ordered from the guy working there he served me with delicious wrap. Clearly lazy staff make choices to comfort themselves.
