Again again and again!
I keep stopping at this Tim Hortons and regretting my decision every single time.

If you thought about using the drive-thru to get your food quicker, joke's on you, is the slowest drive-thru you'll ever go through. They will make you drive around the front and park up and wait for your food and drinks because they are so slow they can't complete the orders on time.
Service is rude no matter what time you show up no matter who's working.

If it wasn't for the location of this place, it would have shut down a long time ago.

Bring a lunch to work or stop somewhere else. This place doesn't deserve your money.

"2-3 girls were taking orders separately and gossiping, while my order ended up being the worst food. If you just want the money, be honest about it. But at least don’t serve us uncooked food or waste our time

It’s one thing if the order isn't taken in a polite manner, but at least ensure the order is prepared properly. We’re paying for it, and it’s not free. (March 14 around 1:30 )This is especially important for the three girls—one with glasses and the other two girls . This has happened 2-3 times already, so I’d suggest not wasting your money here.

this Tim Horton’s is the worse i ever visited!! night shift employees are so rude and they don't even know what's the meaning of customer service.
i went there twice and twice my coffee tasted so bad when i complained and asked her to make me onother one she said no and "it's not my problem that ur coffee doesn't taste good"even the manager there was not respectful. that's the worst experience i ever had. don't go there it's a waste of time, energy and money. if i could i would leave 0 stars.

WORST TIM HORTONS EVER !!

Reporting the owner to Corporate for hiring such rude and incompetent staff.

they should also be looking for non compliance of standards and customer service.

I almost give over couple of hundred $$ of business monthly to this trash place due to locational convenience, but now I am done with such display of arrogant and insulting behavior from international student staff.

edit: Same copy pasted response from the Owner to reach out to non responsive contact us online form shows how much the franchise owner cares about the customers.

When I arrived at the drive-thru order, the worker did not understand French or English very well. I ordered a plain cream cheese bagel and a medium frozen cappucino. That's all. Here is what I received. A full-flavored bagel, burnt on top, without butter or cheese, with bacon. As I pass the window, no hello, they almost “throw” my order at me. I find it very unfortunate to pay money for a service like this...

I always go on weekends, the girls are very nice, but sometimes the service is too long because there are no employees. But otherwise good work everyone.

Wrong order in the drive through more often then not.
Order a bagel with egg and cheese, ended up with a egg make muffin with bacon, sausage which is ridiculous!

Not even ZERO STAR worth this place. The lady in evening shift misbehaved. I went out without even taking my coffee. Someone please explain her how to behave. I come again in morning and receive same experience. I drink coffee to make myself feel good and she made my all my day worst!!!!!!
Stay away from this Tim Horton !!!
