I ordered BLT Bagel, they said they put 3 pieces of bacon, probably just a piece of bacon cut in 3 pieces.

Came first in Quebec and wanted to eat for breakfast a bagel with hashbrown and cream cheese was very specific with the order placing. They made us wait outside the drive through also there was no hashbrown in it. Upon confronting they charged for the hashbrown also so rude behavior like i am asking things or taking there services for free. I would request to improve your service towards customer whether they are indian or Canadian.

They take your money wearing gloves and with those same exact gloves they prep your food. I guess 6 years after covid nobody has learned a thing. I know i shouldnt have high expectation from tim hortons but it still pisses me off. Needless to say i threw the food in the garbage. I just wish i could give 0 stars because they dont deserve 1.

I went to this Tim Hortons twice and the staff is always spending too much talking with each other and the customers are waiting. I witnessed yesterday, there was 6 staff members talking and I was waiting to be served; one was checking her cellphone in front of us, customers and it took 3 minutes until one of them finally asked what I wanted; and I was rushing to go to work at 3pm. I 🫩avoid going there but yesterday I was waiting for one of my co-workers, who came by bus, that's the reason why I went to this Tim Hortons, otherwise I wouldn't go there.

We go to this Tim's about 5x per year before a charter flight, Sunday mornings. They are EFFICIENT. Clean, efficient, accurate--that's all I ask. :-)

Terrible maintenance. You get in the washroom, water dripping from the ceiling and floor is wet which is dangerous. Watch it if someone falls and injures themselves, it could've happened to us today. Not a functional facility
