I ask for a BLT trio with 2 meats, when I arrive at the window I check my order to realize that I don't have the potato. I explain the problem to them and she tells me that I never asked for the threesome. Being with my husband he confirms to me that I asked for it...she gives us such an unpleasant attitude, shouting at us because she is angry and all that in English.
Here is my 2 meat BLT but they seem like egg is optional now 😡

Wort customer service in the morning there was a tall girl in the morning near 8:00 she was Indian. she didn’t know how to serve the customer. Even with the staff she was so rude.

Worst place i ever visited. Very rude behaviour from female employee , i am not coming here anymore and will stop my friends also. I am sitting right now in this restaurant , i ordered ice caps and 2 potato veggies but when she called me to take the order she said some abusing words while calling. (Harassment, Abuse)

I visited this Tim Hortons drive-thru recently, and unfortunately, I had a less-than-pleasant experience with the service. Although there were no other cars waiting behind me, the staff member at the window the lady seemed to be in a rush and asked me to ‘hurry up’ while I was simply taking my card out of my wallet. The whole exchange took less than 10 seconds, yet the sense of urgency she expressed made me feel rushed and uncomfortable.
Customer service is essential, especially in drive-thru settings, where a friendly and patient approach can make a big difference. I hope this feedback can serve as a reminder that a little patience goes a long way. Thank you.”

All Tim Hortons have Honey available for Tea drinkers, and we get it everywhere when we ask for it. It is quite important for a place that offers Tea, especially now with the cold weather and cold and flu season!
This morning I was told by your team that your place doesn't keep any as no one ask for honey and you end up throwing them!
Honey doesn't expire and you don't need to overstock!
Maybe you should review your policy!
