Tim Hortons is not what used to be. They are always busy. The restaurants look old and dirty and the food isn’t as good as it used to be. I guess it is the price you pay when you’re too famous. Sad thing to see.

It was so clean the staff are very nice. Food was delicious.
My colleague came in around 9am (Saturday) and bought a dozen donuts. Unfortunately, we can tell by biting into the donuts that they were not freshly made that morning.

It’s high time they should fasten their service. I understand they are beautiful humans working there not the machines but the phase they work at is really slow and it’s been a while I am observing that there are only 2-3 well trained workers whereas other workers seems new. And orders get exchanged too…. I am concerned about time because I work near by and it’s takes 15 mints to get my regular coffee. All I wanna say, quick service at Tim Hortons is a big reason people go there…..
