I find this coal in the chicken wrap I ordered, I didn't wanna make an issue so I kept silent but I find that many coal on the wrap.

the morning staff is horrendous... they messed up my order 3 out of 3 times.. they gave me a stale not even toasted bagel. no sauce in their morning breakfast wrap. how do you mess up a bagel cream cheese ? ask these people. worst customer service as well if you try to get your CORRECT order. I mean, i might be expecting too much after all it is timmies.

Update, don't come here, even napkins are offered to clients, you have to wait and ask so they will give you exactly 1, napkins in other locations are accessible but not in this cheap owned location,the drive through is fast in most mornings , BUT since they had a new owner everything started to go bad , it's not 24 h anymore, no fix schedule, they might ask you to leave any hour....I think they have Hard working employees.The place needs some renovation only 3 electric sockets work and maybe none USP sockets work.It's frustrating when you need to work on your laptop and you can't charge it.I might be wrong, but the test of the food here is not as good as before.One more thing, during my last 2 visits ,I noticed that the WiFi wasn't working.

If the service would allow me to give a higher star rating I would. This Tim Hortons was on point.There was a line at the drive thru that was q0 cars deep when I pulled in and was contemplating going sonewhere else but damn those cars went thru the drive up as fast as they came in !This will be tge only Tim Hortons I will visit anytime I am in Montreal !

Very disgusting i waited for 10 minutes in a line and after taking my order the staff saying they are not accepting card today only cash. They should have told customers about that .they wasted my time

The employees don't listen, specifically for drive-thru service, plus they don't speak French and I find that every time there are errors in the order and I have to come back..
