I asked for a habanero wrap and they gave me half the portion size it shouldâve been. I have this wrap from other locations all the time and itâs not this small. They added half the filling to save themselves work. It was wrapped so poorly that it broke apart as soon as I took my first bite. I was charged close $10 for this. EDIT: I shouldâve checked reviews before coming here. A lot of one stars. Being incompetent seems to be a pattern.

I couldnât believe how filthy this Tim Hortons was. The floors were sticky, the tables were covered in crumbs and spilled coffee, and the garbage bins were overflowing. Even the counter where you pick up your order looked messy. It honestly felt like the place hadnât been cleaned all day. I didnât even want to sit down to eat. Really disappointing, Tim Hortons should take better care of their stores.

Employees didnât seem to know what was going on sent to a different side of the store by the cash and then the other by someone else. It was slow and overcrowded with people not ordering anything
