We ordered wedge fries and crispy sandwiches, but the meal took a long time to prepare. After waiting for so long, the bowl of wedges arrived looking like what you see in the photo—far from full. I asked for it to be filled properly, but they only added a few more pieces. Additionally, the sandwiches were not what we ordered, and the portions were smaller than expected.

This location many years ago was a Harvey's now sitting there is a very modern Tim Hortons. I believe they are still under upgrades. Seats are well spaced, and generally, the location was clean. Food was served in a timely fashion and tasted great. Some of their windows looked bad and would need changing. Other than that, it was great nostalgic experience for me.

Someone doesn’t know how to count, when you asked for a mix of 10 timbits, and paid for 10, there should be 10!
This Tim Hortons is like most others in terms of food/drink quality, but terrible service. They get your order wrong about 75% of the time.
Once you receive your order, you must check it and let them know the things they left out. It’s YOUR job to do that even though you aren’t on Tims payroll.
More often than not, they forget something due to lack of attention and old POS systems.
Also, they hand out to go orders to anyone without knowing who the order is for. They should adopt a numbering system like McDonald’s when handing out orders.

I placed an order online at this restaurant, an order for $40. They just delivered the pizza to me and the worst part, the pizza wasn't even the one I asked for. I didn't receive my potatoes, no drink, no chipotle sauce, no donuts. I asked the delivery guy to drop me off there and they flat out told me no. I tried in vain to contact the restaurant there is no one who answers
