This is the second time I've gone to this location and been dissatisfied for the same reason. The only reason I go there is to get a cup of coffee and a muffin while stopping off to fill up my car with gas.
The TH staff does not speak English. All I asked for was a small dark roast coffee and a bran muffin. He charged me for an XL cup of coffee and a muffin. I did not notice the mistakened amount he had charged me for until I was given a receipt at the end. The employee had no idea what a bran muffin was. He pulled out a chocolate donut and asked me to confirm if that is what I was asking for. Obviously, I said no, so I pointed to the item in the showcase and he took out a blueberry muffin. I said 'no' again and once again, I pointed to the bran muffins on display. Finally he got it right. Then, he poured the coffee into an XL cup. I told him I didn't want an XL coffee, I wanted a small size, so he then poured a new cup of coffee into a small cup. At this point, the manager entered the conversation and offered me to option of taking the XL cup too. I appreciated the offer but I really only wanted a small cup, so I took the small cup and the muffin and left. When I was in the car, I looked at the receipt and noticed I had been charged for an XL coffee. I didn't want to go back in to ask for a refund for the difference as there were multiple people in line waiting to be served. I felt my time was not worth the dollar or so I had been overcharged. At that point, I took a sip of the coffee and quickly realized he had put sugar in the coffee. I spilled the coffee out the window and drove off, totally disgusted with the inept service at this location. I will return to this location for gas because it is conveniently located for me, but there is no way I would go in to buy anything at this TH location.

Very bad experience!
The employee yelled at me because there was almost no cappuccino in my cup.
He yelled at me and spoke to me in a condescending tone! It's not professional at all!
This is unacceptable and unacceptable and this at 6:30 in the morning. Who does this?
Is this racism? I will never know, but given his mean attitude towards his employee, there is definitely sexism.

A word of advice: Flee this place quickly: 0 courtesy, 0 customer service.
