I usually go to this Tim Hortons for coffee and the bagel, the coffee is good, no complaints there. But the bagels are honestly not worth it. Every time I ask for a fresh one, they always say everything is fresh, but most of the time the bagel is so hard I can barely chew it and I end up throwing away more than half of the bagel. On top of that, you pay extra for cream cheese and they put such a tiny amount that it feels like nothing. Overall, coffee is fine, but the bagels and food items are just a waste of money.

Been going here once a week for over 2 years. Past 5 or so visits been shit! No one can get your order right. You wait for 20mins and there are tons of mistakes. Watched them even be unable to do an Urber order. Never going again.

So as a type 1 diabetic I asked for Splenda in my coffee and they put sugar instead and now my blood sugar level is through the roof thisnis very dangerous as it can send me into diabetic ketoacidosis
