I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons. The service was fast, friendly, and welcoming. Ashima was incredibly polite and attentive, she greeted everyone with a smile and made sure my order was just right. It’s rare to see someone bring such warmth and professionalism to their work.

This is the Tim Hortons where I've had the best service in my entire life. The girl that took my order was very kind and efficient. Her name is Giulia and i’m glad that it was her who took my order. Mainly because people like her make other people’s day a little better.

The service is always fast and friendly, and the place is kept super clean. The staff are amazing especially Ashima, who always greets everyone with a polite smile and great energy. Highly recommend this spot for your daily coffee fix!

Ashima gives the best service!!!

Today at around 16h30. I went there and bought 4 cups of coffee including: 3 French Vanilla and one cup of iced coffee as well as 2 muffins. The girl who served me have put everything on the counter without a cabaret. Unfortunately, the coffee spilled. I asked if they can serve me another. The manager was rude , she told me it’s your fault not ours. Her reaction was really disappointing. I hope the owner will read that and take a proper action on this awful behaviour. It’s not about the coffee, it’s about good gesture and good customer care.

I ordered veggie cilantro bowl, first they make with habanero sauce. When I told them they try to remove chicken from the another bowl and going to serve that bowl to me. I told them please make it new. They made and just put two scoop of rice no onions no salad.please teach them how to follow procedure to make sandwich’s . I m totally disappointed
