They got our order wrong twice, after the third time they still put bacon in vegetarian pasta even though we specifically asked for the vegetarian version of the pasta. They forgot to give us items we ordered.

Ordered two submarines for delivery and we were very disappointed. The submarines hardly had any toppings and the bread was so dry. On one of the submarines, a fifth of the sandwich had no toppings, just bread. And there were hardly any fries, you would think they counted them. See pictures to judge for yourself. Definately not worth the money, don't recommend them.

I called in for a delivery order with clear instructions not to ring my door because my son was sleeping and has fever. Not only did the driver ring, he told me he was never advised of this, and I was also missing an item I was charged for on my bill.

I called the restaurant back and the proposed solution was to wait another 45m for my sauce to arrive, do you think the fries would be warm if I were to wait that long? Do you think I want to take the chance for my son to have to be woken up AGAIN!? He claimed to have given the instruction to the driver but obviously one of the two is lying.

He mentioned he will give a credit but that I would have to call back tomorrow to speak with the "boss"... Do you not think I have better things to do? I asked for the "boss'"' number and was told I can't have it.

So here I am having to tip 15% for an incomplete order and my son son screaming in my ears for 30m, just in time for all my food to be cold... Oh and an extra call to make tomorrow to hear about my credit.

We ordered sandwiches (jardin de rêve) and Lobster Rolls. The jardin de rêve sandwiches were average and dry with no sauce. The 28 dollars Lobster Rolls were good but you could eat them as an appetizer not as a meal. I wish they improve their menu especially that we live close to the restaurant. Otherwise I like the atmosphere and the service!!

Hello I came on Saturday with my friend, there was zero atmosphere plus the waitress with glasses was not smiling and neither enthusiastic she forced us to pay a $5 tip plus the fact that it was not enough however I don't order anyone to go there

My son had this at a friends house and insisted our pizza Friday nights be from this place. Today we ordered and although they made the pizza in record time it was the worst pizza we’ve ever had. The margarita pizza was burnt and the all dressed was gamy and dry. I am so disappointed. I thought about calling them and complaining but figured they’d get defensive so decided instead to just warn others and not ever order from there again.

i like how calm is the atmosphere great for seniors and people who dont want a lot of noise or clanking dishes , few or no kids altho it is very family friendly , has kids menu. booths, tables, well spaced apart , and music is easy listening or low. service people are great , all friendly and efficient . menu is decent lots of choice , the lobster fest was super and the steak sub is very good so is the caesar salad . plenty of parking well lit and easy , no traffic . end of Beaulac st across from the cote vetu mall near spheretech cinema guzzo.
