Staff is unprofessional and rude. Food is undone and the dude didn’t want to cut up lettuce to add in my burger. There’s always just one server there which makes slow service.

I'm not bad person to comment bad I'm not a food genius but if they served you a food and you pay $18 and you received the food like ah this is $18 like i said im not food genius if you see the poutine ok i have to buy in Mcdonalds your food is good but the serving is little only please this not bad comment i want you to improved your serving considering people money wise and food wise budget friendly. **Title: Horrible Experience at Valentine's in Place Vertu**

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Valentine's in Place Vertu, and it was nothing short of a disaster. The server, an older lady, was serving soft drinks that were warm, not cold. When I complained, she rudely responded that "it is automatic," and made no effort to fix the issue.

Another customer tried to help me by filling his cup, and it became apparent that you need to pour the drinks twice to get them cold due to the poor state of the machines. Despite this, the server remained unhelpful and rude, repeating her automatic response and refusing to do anything to rectify the situation.

After using two cups to test the drinks, she insisted we pay for the extra cup, showing complete disregard for the fact that we never got a proper drink in the first place. She was making dismissive hand gestures, showing no respect or understanding. The arguing scared my 7-year-old son, who urged me to leave.

In the end, we left without touching our food, which we had already paid for. Considering the state of the drinks, I'm relieved my son didn't eat the food. Avoid this place at all costs. The service is abysmal, the staff is rude, and the overall experience is terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.

PLACE VERTU SOURIS COQUERELLES UNE VRAIE HONTE MICE SEEN running on edge of suspended ceiling near restaurants YES LITTLE MICE!! Very shocking! Do something call an exterminator! Toilets are very dirty. Lots of closed stores. Mall has been SOLD to builder to build condos. Still a minimum of cleanliness and hygiene is required! PLACE VERTU très décevant. SOURIS ET COQUERELLES VUES courant sur le plafond suspendu près des restaurants! Très choquant! Appeler un exterminateur au plus vite! Toilettes très sales. Plusieurs magasins ferment. Ce centre à été vendu à un constructeur pour des CONDOS. Il faut quand même un minimum de propreté et de salubrité, des souris et même des coquerelles - quand même! Appelez un exterminateur et fermez le centre en attendant!

The owner (or the woman, if she is not the owner) of this place is not a person who knows how to do business. She false advertised by not providing what shows on the menu. I paid for a kids meal of Grill Cheese with fries and a 12 oz beverage. However, after I paid, she said I am not eligible to get a 12oz soft drink. With kids meal (for my kid), I can only choose from a bottle of water, Oasis orange juice (10oz) or Oasis apple juice (10oz). None of them is 12oz.

After I pointed out that the menu indicated it comes with a 12oz drink, she said "everyone knows you can only choose from water, orange juice or apple juice" but this is not written anywhere. This is UNBELIEVABLE with the worst attitude ever!!!

When I asked for a refund of money, she refused it by saying she already toasted the bread (for a grill cheese). I then say she didn't prepare the fries and drink yet, and she refunded me $3 for it, and forced me to take the grill cheese, which is super dry and chewy. Quality of food is bad. My home toast tastes better with a $30-$50 toaster.

Another couple of customers also saw this incident and left right away after seeing this non sense.

This place at the food court is a scam. False advertising and not providing what was advertised. This place is running ILLEGALLY. What a shame! This place should be closed or penalized if keep running the business this way.

J'ai pris un trio hot dog mini patate sausice pas cuite degeulase comme la 1er fois dans les année 80 aussi degeulase. la fille pas de net sur la tête elle était parti je ne sais pas ou elle vient nous voir sans se laver les mains degeulase. Worst hot dogs (steamed) ever! The hot dog itself was barely warm not sure if it was cooked also had a weird taste. The bun was not steamed looked more like it came right out of the bag. Half-cooked fries. Basically everything went to the garbage. A food & health inspector should visit this place.

my brother was his wife and her little cousine they were harrased verbally by their employee i was there with them

they ordered worth of 80$ and i usually order there always today the employeee mistreated my wifes little cousin aged 10 years old because she asked for a take away box and he wanted to charge without explaining to us then my brother came back told him how much he wants for it but dont speak to her like that we also have a video for proof that we want to put it on social media exposing the bad harrasment service we have
