The girl at the counter is rude and full of attitude. Don’t bother ordering online because an order confirmation, plus your name isn’t enough. Plus showing the receipt.

She’s gross. Not worth your time or money. She’s worked there for 2 years and seems to really hate her life. I’d get rid of her before she scares off customers and gets you closed down again.

Ordered some hotdogs and large fries. Half of the fries were not cooked. Crunchy fries are no fun. We tossed them in the garbage. Having worked in a kitchen like this, I beleive that the problem is their oil is too dirty, and the fries after the first cooking look dark already and the cook doesn't realize they were not cooked for the second time.

It has been some time since the renovation. 👍 Good job. It needed it. The current owner knows how to satisfy he’s customers - good food and fast service. 👍👍 Recommendation: 2x steamies all dressed and a small poutine. Good for one person.

Overpriced food, average quality, unfriendly staff that give you a Lotta attitude if you ask them anything. Been here a couple of times to give it a chance but its just not worth it, will not be returning.

It was mine and my husband’s first time here! There was a little mix up with our order, and every employee present was ready to rectify the situation, and they did! Thanks again guys! A very special thanks to the young lady at the cash who served us with a smile as we walked in. We will surely be back ☺️!!

This is such a nice family run restaurant. Excellent, warm customer service. The food is served hot and fast, and prices are good. Bring your kids for sure.

Slowest fast food in town.

I’ve been coming here about once per month since it opened. It’s always been exactly as expected mediocre and greasy but that’s the game they are in.

However, recently it’s just been slipping.

This evening I went, waited 20 minutes for a fry and poutine. Order was taken right away, saw the poutine made, boxed closed, just waiting on the French fry and ready to go.

5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes…nothing. I rarely ever say anything in these cases but this is way too long. 17 minutes, I go to the owner, “hey, just wanted to check in on my order…”

Immediately attitude and ultra defensive. Asks for my name, checks the orders, oh you’re up next buddy why are you complaining? Another 5 minutes pass and he hands me my order with some extra attitude.

I tell him, I get it, but that poutine you just gave me has been sitting there for over 20 minutes while I wait for a French fry. It doesn’t make sense. No acknowledging the issue, no apology, just attitude.

As I’m half way out the door with my order, He shouts out to me to offer to refund me some money, I decline. He can keep this one, he just won’t get my money next time.

The issue: the owner himself was the guy manning the fryers, not the employees. Clearly a mistake that he made, no one to blame but himself and no accountability.

Poor management and poor service. Restaurants like this survive on a lack of competition. If a competitor opened up, they’d be out of business quick.

I’ve been coming here for about two years now. Food is always delicious.
For a local place to get some steamies, this is my go-to place.

Slow and disorganized unfriendly atmosphere.
Ordered and the server called out the order, waited and waited, nobody put the burgers on the grill, I waited got fed up and left without asking for a refund. It used to be good and fast but now it going down hill, don't think I won't be back any time soon.

Wow walked in at noon Saturday February 22,2025. No hello no smiles on any of the 4 persons staff working. Gave our order in and waited. 1 trio number one 2 hot dogs and fries and a number 9 chicken pita souvlaki. And fries. The fries are little pieces literally you need a fork to eat your fries. And they taste of old oil or lard. Very horrible taste. The rest was ok. The guy on the line with a tattoo on the neck goes to the back room and starts talking loud and you can hear him out at the tables. He’s swearing in French. We couldn’t believe it. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.
