We placed our order (for takeaway) at 5:49 p.m., the lady told us that the order would be ready in 30 minutes... We showed up at the restaurant around 6:25 p.m. as agreed with the lady on the phone, after about 20 minutes of additional wait, we are told that our order is being packed and it is arriving… But NO!
It’s now 7:37pm and we’re still waiting for our order at the counter! 😡
Almost 2 hours after ordering over the phone!

After another 10 minutes of waiting, we requested a refund and ordered our meals elsewhere.

We used to order from this restaurant regularly before, but now the orders are often inaccurate, things are missing from our bags, the delivery time is terrible and now when we order takeout the wait time is terrible too, plus that They waste our time waiting at the counter for nothing.

This restaurant, no, NEVER AGAIN!!! 😠

Really delicious food and really generous portions. Alone or with friends, it's a very nice place for good food.

Yesterday we had a poutine, a cheese and a house salad, the salad had no dressing, they gave me fries instead of the poutine, but at least the cheeseburger was okay.

On a placé notre commande pour emportée à 17:49pm, la dame nous dit que la commande sera prête dans 30 minutes… il est maintenant 19:37pm et on attend toujours notre commande au comptoir! 😡 Presque 2 heures après avoir commandé au téléphone! PLUS JAMAIS!!!
