La réceptionniste m’a vraiment pris pour une conne vendredi soir!!! Je prend la peine quand je téléphone de préciser que je veux une pepperoni fromage bacon oignions… car je ne veux pas de champignons et de piments ils s’obstinent à écrire une spéciale Laporte!! Donc la commande arrive et comme d’habitude elle arrive avec des champignons et des piments! 😩 Donc pour la première fois… je me permets de les appeler pour leur faire part de leurS erreurS ! Et leur explique que je prend la peine de nommer les ingrédients pour pas avoir une Laporte!!! Mais que a TOUT coup je reçois une pizza que je ne mange pas! Elle m’offre un 10$ de crédit…. C sur tu ris de moi! C’est ça que j’ai donné en tips ton à ton livreur! Service à la clientèle très décevant!!! Surtout considèrent le fait que j ai commandé une pepperoni fromage bacon oignions! 😉

Friendly staff, quick service, went during busy lunch hour and was out with my order in under 20 minutes. Pizza is great, quality ingredients, REAL bacon strips, real sausage, flavourful sauce and best cheese l've had on a pizza in awhile. Abit greasier than l'd like but that's probably due to the absolute heaping of meat they put on there :3

We placed our order (for takeaway) at 5:49 p.m., the lady told us that the order would be ready in 30 minutes... We showed up at the restaurant around 6:25 p.m. as agreed with the lady on the phone, after about 20 minutes of additional wait, we are told that our order is being packed and it is arriving… But NO!
It’s now 7:37pm and we’re still waiting for our order at the counter! 😡
Almost 2 hours after ordering over the phone!
After another 10 minutes of waiting, we requested a refund and ordered our meals elsewhere.
We used to order from this restaurant regularly before, but now the orders are often inaccurate, things are missing from our bags, the delivery time is terrible and now when we order takeout the wait time is terrible too, plus that They waste our time waiting at the counter for nothing.
This restaurant, no, NEVER AGAIN!!! 😠
