“I am visiting from Florida and tried Mr Puffs in Ste Julie and it was amazing. They also have ILLY Coffee, which any seasoned coffee drinker knows this blows Starbucks out of the water. The customer service is five star and if I could I would give it six. Can’t wait to see Mr Puffs open in Florida Mall Orlando.“
“Normally it is a 5 star. But today a waitress says to the other there is a customer and the other waitress answers chalice he can wait there was only me in the restaurant. A little respect for customers. It took them 16 minutes to serve me a coffee.“

“Went through drive through, customer service was great! Employee at the window saw our baby and gave her a pop cake, never expected that. He was very welcoming and kind, noticed my wife didn't speak French and switched to speaking English. We need more people like you!“
