First time at a cabane a sucre, great experience. Food was amazing and great value for the quality of dishes we received. The stand out for me was the lobster bisque in the first wave. Love the whole sharing experience and the fact that its a set menu, so we dont choose, its all local, seasonal food. Good mix of seafood, meat, and vegetables. We had an amazing meal once again! This is the 2nd year I visited and it did not disappoint. Every wave had a star dish that really impressed me. OMG the porchetta was to die for, the pancakes fried in duck fat were delicious as well as the pork terrine and pork ribs. Last year I remember really liking the Brussels sprouts and the fish with added maple syrup.

Really fantastic restaurant. Definitely not your typical caban a sucre experience, high end food and ingredients, great service and a truly impressive wine list. Went with my wife and parents, they loved it and want to make a yearly tradition! Thank you to the staff 👍
