We had an amazing meal once again! This is the 2nd year I visited and it did not disappoint. Every wave had a star dish that really impressed me. OMG the porchetta was to die for, the pancakes fried in duck fat were delicious as well as the pork terrine and pork ribs. Last year I remember really liking the Brussels sprouts and the fish with added maple syrup.
I'll definitely come back again next year.
Really fantastic restaurant. Definitely not your typical caban a sucre experience, high end food and ingredients, great service and a truly impressive wine list. Went with my wife and parents, they loved it and want to make a yearly tradition! Thank you to the staff 👍
