I stopped by your branch around 11:30 AM and ordered one plain bagel for my child. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked the cashier what was going on. His response?
“It’s not my job to handle the bagel, and there were other orders ahead.”
Also, he couldn’t even tell me how much longer I’d have to wait.
That was genuinely baffling. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated — just for someone to hand over a plain bagel.
The whole interaction was bizarre and came across as careless and unprofessional.

For a Tim Hortons, fantastic and welcoming staff, I ordered several times and I never had a problem, except twice they were missing sausages for their wraps/tim morning. But apart from that, I'm happy. I recommend

This is the worst tim horton ever. No garbage can at the drivetru they talk back. They say they are not aload to have any because of the bacteria well next time put a mask and gloves to serv the customer and dont tell in my face buybuy little prek. I realy hope you get fire. Insulting poeple the way you did is not aceptable. You give a bad representation of service for tim hortons
