For a Tim Hortons, fantastic and welcoming staff, I ordered several times and I never had a problem, except twice they were missing sausages for their wraps/tim morning. But apart from that, I'm happy. I recommend
I ordered from the drive-thru, the lady who served us with a great attitude and a smile while serving us which was natural. I couldn't catch his name, but I just wanted to leave a good rating out of appreciation. It's rare to see this now.
I don't know why I keep torturing myself going to Tim's. It's truly a lost cause they've lost their touch and it shows. They just don't care at all. The staff is always nice. But the food just is never it. Especially when it's always wrong or the ingredients are bad.
