Every time I come here I ask myself the same question: why is it so popular!! None of the meals I've tried are worth it on this menu.The burger buns seem to be toasted but still soft, making you wonder if they made a mistake.The fries are limp and soggy in the poutine.I would have given plenty of chances but this one would have been the last.On the other hand, I must say that the employees are friendly and courteous.And by the way the prices are really too expensive compared to the quality

Ashton St-Nicolas, despite the young staff of all our Ashton fast food restaurants, have not dropped too much in their quality of service and cuisine. Only once did I go for poutine and I didn't get the poutine I ordered. But hey the following week I ordered the same thing and didn't get my money's worth!Thank you Ashton for upholding your quality and your name!

This was my first time at the Ashton and I must say I am very disappointed with my experience. For poutine, I received a block of deep-fryer fries, with little sauce and a few pieces of cold cheese. Not to mention a cold burger with barely any BBQ sauce inside. I find that the quality was not there, despite the inflated prices. So this will be my first and last time at Ashton.

At over $50 for two poutines and two burgers, it's not unreasonable to expect a minimum of quality. The poutines we were served contained old, dry fries, too little sauce and cold, hard cheese. As for the burgers, they had little condiment and sauce in addition to being cold. In addition, we ask for a tip for non-existent service...It's enough to treat customers in this way, thinking only about profits without worrying about the quality of the products served.I do not recommend this restaurant. You will be more satisfied and save money by visiting canteens and small independent restaurants.

The only downside is that my last visits included an order for a family of 4 to take out, including the classic poutine. The sauce unfortunately boiled over and soaked the paper bag to the point where it broke before I even got home.
