“The atmosphere was very nice and we all really liked the patio. The drinks were very good I would ask little ice-they over do it. We got appetizers it was delicious. The people were very nice considering we are Americans and they are still pretty mad at us for the politics.“

“We had a great experience at Poulet Rouge, thanks to the amazing service from Yven!
He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He patiently explained the menu and translated everything into English to help us make the best choices. He even took the time to interact with my daughter, playing pretend, encouraging her to eat, and making her laugh.
Throughout our meal, he kept checking in on us to make sure we were enjoying everything. The food recommendations he gave were absolutely delicious! It’s not every day you find someone who combines kindness, professionalism, and fun the way Yven did. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!“

“There's a POULET ROUGE IN QUÉBEC CITY!!! Iwas SO SO HAPPY to stumble upon them at the Capital Mall!
I LOVE POULET ROUGE!!! I eat it at least twice per week.
The staff at the Capital Mall location were super friendly,especially the dude at the end of the line. The only down side is that they are right near the amusement park (like most of the restaurants) so it could get loud on a busy day. Enjoy!

“Subtil is my go-to spot for healthy takeout—or even for lunch on-site. The menu is excellent, with fresh ingredients every single time. The coffee is incredible, the sandwiches and pitas are really tasty, and you have to try the soups.
It’s a family-run restaurant, and you can really feel the fresh, modern vibe the younger generation has brought in.“

“We were four diners all ordering different entrees. All the entrees were served hot and were delicious. One entree ( Protein only) was served about five minutes after the initial three. The server advised us of the delay and provided the plate minus the protein. It was nice to be told in advance that there was a minor problem and they were correcting it. Very professional service at Vieux Duluth. Wonderful dinner was had by all.“

“We ordered the La Belle (The Beauty) Burger ($25) and the Sausage Poutine ($18).
Even already considering it to be an artisanal or gourmet burger, I personally find it just a tad bit expensive at $25. I did enjoy eating the burger. The juicy and savory patty was balanced with the sweetness of the fig jelly and caramelized onions. For the burger's side, instead of going wih the fries we went with mac & cheese and paid extra. The mac & cheese is an easy recommend.
Our other order was the Sausage poutine. The Sausage poutine was OK to good. I would not consider it among my favorite takes on Poutine, but it is still well worth the try.
Service was excellent. Our waiter was bilingual in French and English and helped us with the ordering experience. He also occasionally checked up on our section of the restaurant conversing with different tables in English or French as required.
The setting of the restaurant was interesting in that there is like a bar section bordered by like a balcony or terrace, and the more quiet section where we were seated facing outwards to the mall. The bathrooms are by the middle part where the guest entrance is. The walls and tiling of the place has so much character with picture frames, an arcade, and all the photos posted.“
