What can I say?It's the quintessential Imperial IPA with notes of citrus, grapefruit and a very pleasant finish in the mouth; not too long or short. It's a beer of incredible balance. This particular Imperial IPA is worth a detour to Hudson on your way to Ottawa or Hawkesbury, or even if you're looking to spend a pleasant afternoon in a genuinely welcome village: GO TO BOIS BLANC BRASSERIE.
