Ce soir la ( 27 avril) il manquait beaucoup de produits sur la carte ainsi que les desserts. Nous nous sommes fait dire que tout était en commande. Peut etre prévoir les commandes pour qu'il ne manque rien. merci

Les plats sont pour la plupart très épicé ce qui nous oblige à consommer des boissons. De plus, plusieurs choix dans le menu ne sont pas disponibles. Un samedi soir avec plusieurs items du menu entrées, pas de tartare de disponible, du menu plat principal et des desserts. Franchement très décevant. Nous ne retournons pas, puisque nous avions déjà reçu le même commentaire d'un couple d'ami comme quoi il manquait plusieurs choses sur le menu mais nous pensions que ce n'était que passager. Finalement, c'est constamment. Extrêmement déçu de notre soirée.

Hiver 2023, nous y étions presque tous les samedis soir. Belle ambiance, bon service et bonne nourriture.Vendredi 29 mars 2024. Il manquait de tartare, de sauces au fromage pour plein de plats et autres même chose pour les bières. À chaque fois qu’on en nommait une, il n’en restait plus. Finalement je prends une corona et quand j’en ai demandé une autre, il y’en avait plus. Nous avons quitté pour aller manger ailleurs. D’après moi il y a quelqu’un qui a oublié de passer sa commande. Manquer autant de stock pour un weekend de Pâques, ce n’est pas normal.

What an awful customer service! I took the Buffalo chicken burger, the waitress didn't mention that it was spicy when I asked her.I couldn't even finish my sandwich with the level of spiciness. I asked the waitress the change my burger for a non spicy one but she declined. I asked to speak to a manager another waitress came she said that she was the manager and her sentence was prepared with a negative response without even asking me about the situation. I find this to bad I came all the way from laval to have my supper at the branch in st sauveur. What a waste!!

I have ordered with Doordash first for drink I ordered Coca-Cola but they sent me Diet oneI don’t like Diet I’m tourist staying hotel everywhere is closed at 9:30 pm where i find drink!!!!! Plus food very cold and they have salad no fork do they expect I eat with my hands no napkins no ketchupTerrible service

Very desu. Yesterday my partner, me and a couple of friends came to eat at the restaurant. Initially everything was good, drinks services were very long but the barmaids were in juice, so we understood. After ordering our entrees which were very good (30 minutes after our arrival) we had to order our main meal. It took 1.5 hours before we got our food. Our order finally arrived, all 4 were very disappointed. Missing fries on one of our plates. The 4 burger (4 different) dry but really dry and warm. Our sauce was left to dry on the bread. For my part, I had not received the correct order. Following this, our waitress completely forgot about us, never came to see if everything was fine, if we wanted water or other things to drink, a glass of water. I was very disappointed with the quality of food and the service that we received.A matter also which bothered us a little, all the tables which arrived 45 mins after us in our sections received their order quickly and it was not dry weather.Value for money, I was very disappointed.On the positive side, the only drink we had was very good.

1- upon arriving at the restaurant there were not tables available for our party, even if we had reserved so we had to wait. 2- we first ordered our drinks, fortunately the kids got theirs quickly but we waited 10 minutes for ours. Waitress didn't even offer water, we had to ask for it. We had time to review menu and order before the drinks finally arrived. 3- 30 minutes after ordering we inquired about our plates. Waitress told us that the wait time was 45 to 60 minutes which she said we should have been told when we arrived. Obviously we weren't informed of this and with our kids, we would have chosen a different option. 4- when we finally got the bill, we paid it but only to realize after that it was wrong. The bill didn't he even show the different items. After calculating with the menu pricing, we saw that we had been overcharged. The waitress gave us a weird reason when we inquired about the table next us having paid our bill (obviously due to a mistake from the waitress). When we asked to get things corrected she offered us to give us the difference she came to 20$. We had to insist to cancel the previous bill and provide us with a new one. It came to a difference of 50$. I can't say for a fact but I think the waitress was trying to get us to pay for the bill of the table next to us following her mistake. Weather she was or not the fact that the bill was overcharged, that the item on the bill was marked as open food for the total amount to hide this is just wrong and similar if not the same as stealing. The worse in all this is that the waitress, and the manager, which was made aware of the situation, never even apologized for the error. I obviously wouldn't recommend and if you do happen to still go check your bill!
