“Lesvos is an absolute gem in Saint-Sauveur! We had the grilled octopus, grilled chicken, and lamb — everything was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and authentically Greek. The octopus was tender and delicious, the chicken juicy with amazing seasoning, and the lamb was packed with rich flavor.

The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, making it the perfect spot for a cozy meal with family or friends. The service was attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better.

“Family used to the Bakery on our way to Bellview Hotel, Morin Heights in 1960 Later on with my buddies we used to stop there and pick up a couple of loaves of crusty bread, pies and cheese. Ate some before skiing and after we finished partying at St. Sauver Inn right across the street. Headed back to Lake Connelly eating the pie after drinking and smoking hash all day long. Those were the days. I'm sure anyone in there late sixties did exactly the same thing.”

“This place will cure your cold symptoms, guaranteed. I went in with a cold from traveling abroad, ordered the beef tonkinoise with a Tom yum. Immediately felt better the next morning. There's something magical in the broth that will heal your soul. Will order the XL size next time! Merci!!!!!”

“Nous allons chez Gibby's ( Montréal ou St-Sauveur) depuis presque 40 ans. C'est notre tante qui nous l'a fait découvert. C'est TOUJOURS fantastique. Mais hier, petite déception: impossible d'avoir notre apéritif préféré: le gin Gimlet. C'est à votre resto qu'il est le meilleur. Et ma tante était avec nous; ça faisait 20 ans qu'elle n'était pas allé. Et c'est son drink préféré à elle aussi... Mais pour le reste, impeccable comme d'habitude. Cuisson des viandes: parfaite. Notre serveur était attentionné, courtois et plein d'humour. Donc nous continuerons nos traditions. Et nous avons promis à notre tante que nous reviendrons ( faudra pas attendre trop longtemps, elle a 88 ans et on ne connait pas l'avenir...)”

Très belle décoration avec notamment une immense photo de la Grèce et deux grands écrans avec des vidéos en continu de la magnifique Grèce. Nourriture délicieuse et portions copieuses. Nous avions choisi "La pelletée de viande" pour 2. (nous avons dû rapporter chacun un "doggy bag). Vaste choix de menu à prix très abordables. Jeune personnel courtois, souriant et professionnel. “I ski in St-Sauveur for years, and I go to the T-Bar for my après-skis. I love the food (best poutine), the drinks (Aperols are yummy) and the staff's positive attitude. Children are not allowed, and that's OK. I go to the cafeteria next door when I'm with my child. Also, restaurants being understaffed in QC is a common issue, they don't deserve a one-star review because of that. Cheers!”

Le personnel est attentif et efficace, tout en étant courtois et discret. Une belle ambiance dans un cadre enchanteur. La quantité limitée des convives fait qu'on ne se sent pas coincé dans une foule. Tout était simplement parfait! Merci!”

“Cashier was excellent, bilingual and knew how to use gift card. He also tidied the restaurant and checked garbage when not needed at cash. The server who dressed the burgers did an excellent job and refilled the condiments all by herself while 1 guy cooked and 2 other guys chitchatted with cook. Would be nice if one of those standing around could have pitched in especially when about 10 people in line waiting. There is management.
