Harvey's offers a delightful French dining experience, with a menu entirely in the language and staff conversing in it repeatedly, despite English responses. While the atmosphere can be chaotic, the food is consistently delicious, and the staff remains courteous despite staffing challenges. The burgers, in particular, are well-prepared and excellent.
