“Ok, I need to be upfront that I am biased, and I am related to the owners.That out of the way, I absolutely hate coffee, but I still insist that my aunt sends me coffee every Christmas so I can share it with the minimal guests I get through the year. This year she sent me two bags, and I literally don't have enough local friends to get through all that, so I took one bag to work for my coworkers. THEY CANNOT STOP RAVING ABOUT THE COFFEE! They absolutely love it! One of them started talking about all the "hints of blah blah" and something about "undertones" and such. I have no idea what they were talking about. “My best Spaghetti Carbonara yet!For my first visit to Papa Luigi, I tried the Spaghetti Carbonara. Unlike most places, it is not prepared with cream but with eggs (onion, bacon, egg and parmesan). “Take 3 and really not disappointed, we went there 3 years ago and it was really good and we went back 1 month later and total disappointment we decided to go back for the weekend and just WOW the proof we're going back at the end of the week, as a starter the filet mignon appetizers were excellent and the octopus was also excellent, as a meal the fish and chips were excellent and what about the sirloin, really very good, I'd recommend it for the price and the 'atmosphere ! “Probably my biggest surprise and my new favorite microbrewery of 2023.A magnificent place with attentive service and who knows their products and knows how to describe them well, I really appreciated the beers on the line that day and I must admit that for a "young" brewery the products I tried were m were greatly impressed, it's rare that I get excited about new brewing establishments that I visit but Herman is probably my greatest surprise since the opening of Maltstrom in Lanaudière (that's an understatement!).Still, the place is bright, the little terrace is inviting and as a bonus they serve Miett chips which I discovered, another big favorite (WOW).I'm going to come back (and I've already been back 3 times since my visit) I'm a fan :)THANKS!”

After meeting the owners, Sophie & Etienne at a restaurant in Manhattan and learned they have a quaint French restaurant an hour outside of Montreal, we planned the trip. The staff, atmosphere, food, and of course the wine was nothing short of amazing. They take pride in their work and food but do not take themselves too seriously. Absolutely worth it.”

“September 2018:I went there last Saturday evening and it was festive!!! It was the owner Caro's birthday and everything was perfect! Good choice of beers, menu like nachos, burger, poutine: tasty! The waiters/waitresses are super friendly. Nice meets. The atmosphere was really party and the musicians/singers were super hot. What a beautiful evening! THANKS !
