We came there to have puffs. The gentleman looks at us from afar nods after two minutes he comes to the cash register. No hello just <yes> the puffs were cold and not very good! I do not recommend this place!
We went there this afternoon for 2 soft vanilla cones. When eating, there was an unpleasant taste. We threw them in the trash. I notified the staff who were nice. I've been there many times but now I don't think I'll go back.

It was closed at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday when it was supposed to be closed at 9 a.m.! The employees were in the back talking, all the chairs were up on the tables and the door was locked. There were several of us in my situation. Very very disappointing.

This afternoon Thursday February 16, 2024. Around 4:20 p.m. a young man takes my order, I wanted to take a box of 50 Puffs in balls. I wanted to try all the kinds. My unfortunately it's only 3 kinds for a box of 50....I find this very unfortunate.This is why I give it 4/5
