Beautiful decoration, elegant. Confortable chairs and sofas. Very fresh food. I ate the salad and my husband, chicken. The service is good, very attentive and polite staff. It's located in an open mall, so there's always a lot of spots for parking. Souvlaki is my favorite restaurant in Saint Sauveur, for lunch.

Ordered a meat dumpling type dish. No salad, no rice which usually accompanies the dishes. The meal is really tough! Disappointing.

I would like to express my deep disappointment with the experience that my daughter, aged 15, and her friends had during their visit to this restaurant on October 11, 2024 to celebrate the birthday of one of them. They were mistreated by the waitress aged at least 3 times their age, who was particularly unpleasant, accusing them of not having left enough tip. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she insisted inappropriately, going so far as to make a scene with them.

When we went to report this incident to the manager, we were very disappointed by his reaction. Not only did he not take the situation seriously, he did not even consider it necessary to apologize. He simply said he was going to speak to the waitress, without bothering to reassure or show any empathy for this unpleasant experience.

It is unacceptable that young clients are treated this way, especially since they are still teenagers. This incident not only ruined their outing, but also left a deeply negative memory of your establishment. As a parent, I am shocked that such a situation has been ignored to this extent.

I highly recommend raising awareness within your team, both regarding the courtesy of servers and the handling of complaints. Respect for customers and professional behavior should be priorities.

WORST SERVICE I have had in all my restaurant experiences. Unpleasant waitress, not smiling at all and above all SUPER INSOLENT with her customers. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT in Saint-Sauveur. Also the manager is not at all understanding and does not act on the complaint that was filed! The waitress was ZERO PROFESSIONAL. I hope changes will be put in place.

I was eating at that restaurant and noticed 4 deaf elderly customers at the door . So they went inside and they decided to sit at an empty table.
SO 2 servers told them to wait at the main door .THEY ARE DEAF . THE 4 SEEMED CONFUSED since the resto WAS NOT AT ALL FULL .LOTS OF EMPTY TABLES . I shook my head and the lady looked at me confused 😕 with her hands in the air !! .
I could NOT BELIEVE what was happening. I told my served ITS UNACCEPTABLE WHAT YOU GUYS ARE DOING to them!!!!!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE . SO after they were ignored , the manager came along .
I told the waitress that I will speak with the manager .Of course, he was waiting for me because she told him . So Mr MANAGER said , LETS GO SPEAK OUTSIDE and I refused . I said I will talk to you here at the bar .He said, YOU WANT TO INSULT ME IN FRONT OF MY CUSTOMERS ..OMG !!!!!!! SHOCKING!!! He was on the DEFENSIVE....
Very disrespectful and It's the last time I will eat at that restaurant.
IM NOT IMPRESSED WITH THAT RESTAURANT, KEEP AWAY IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY!!
Of course, the restaurant will answer with excuses . In 2024 , WAKE UP !!

We ordered take out the other night and I gotta say, it was DELICIOUS. Even though we couldn’t dine-in (due to COVID for future readers 🙂) , the place looked beautiful. I have to give credit where credit is due - opening a restaurant during this period, I’m sure was not an easy feat. I had the Massacre Zeus: Greek poutine essentially with chicken gyro. Holy Moses. A dream. Husband has porc gyro pita plate - also delicious. Happy you guys are open! 🙂

Edit: ever since they changed owners a couple of years ago, the quality is just not the same. Don't go there anymore unfortunately.
