I ate there and they tried to scam us because 4 cookies and a coke does not cost 45$ and they where judging us by not saying anything but just the way they looked at us and they obligated my friend to eat only let us and beef and my friend putted his food in the garbage because the bread was wet and disgusting so I recommend you to eat at another subway like the one in ste Adele. The one at st Adele has a good staff they don’t try to scam kids like me

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is crap and manager does not care about customers. I paid twice for the same order so 50$ for 1 sandwich because first transaction their machine said refused but when I checked my bank it had passed and they did not care to fix the situation or to do anything. Never returning to this location.

I used the app to place an online order. I use the location service to choose the store (I'm in Saint-Sauveur ready).
I arrive at the store. I name my name. The lady tells me she doesn't have that. I take the application and realize that it sent the order to Sainte-Adèle.
I ask him what can we do? She tells me: I can't do anything.
I ask how it works, can I get reimbursed online? The Sainte-Adele restaurant does not have a telephone line??
The lady answers me: I can't do anything for you. Turns around and goes to talk to the other customers.
I understood that I would not get any help from them...
I have been a restaurant manager for 7 years.. They could have accommodated, or at least been friendly.

Ordered a sub through the app on my way home. When I waited for my turn in line, I was ignored by the Subway employee as customers who arrived after me were being served.
After getting a worker's attention, I asked about my online order. She replied that she needed to speak to her colleague in the back. A minute later, another employee came out and told me that the restaurant didn't have the meatballs for the sub I ordered. This kind of thing is a common occurrence at this location so I can't say that I was too surprised.
She asked if I wanted something else, but I wasn't interested and she gave me this look like I was some weirdo for not wanting something other than what I ordered. I asked for a refund instead where I was rudely told that I had to use the Subway app to request one. I asked if she could help me with that and she plainly told me that she didn't know how. I tried asking to speak with her manager for his help with this, but she told me that he wasn't available (again, rudely). I asked her if she could call and ask him for his help since she didn't know how to refund my payment. She told me that she wouldn't call and bother him since he has nothing to do with the app and curtly told me to step aside for the other customers.
I tried to find a way to contact customer service through the Subway app and the only thing I could find was to send a message. I was required to fill in information about the Subway store. I asked the employees for the store information and again, was rudely told "I don't know" while turning their backs from me. Fortunately, I found my receipt which had the info I needed and submitted the message explaining the problem.
I don't know if I will be refunded since the app was unclear. The staff at this location were very rude and unwilling to help whatsoever or even attempt being polite. And, as is often the case at this location, ingredients for certain sandwiches were missing.
I will be calling VISA tomorrow to dispute the charge and will NEVER return to this location again as this experience was DISAPPOINTING and FRUSTRATING to say the least.
I cannot recommend this Saint-Sauveur location and would advise to avoid it altogether.
If you're really looking for a good Subway experience, drive a few minutes further to the one in Sainte-Adele. The staff there are usually very nice, offer good service and if anything is missing for your order, they will call you directly. It's only a few kilometers away and you will have a MUCH better experience.
