I visited this cafe with my wife and other family members on 11th May 2025. We ordered, among other things, two date slices. I cracked a tooth while eating one of them because it contained a date stone. There was no warning of this at all. My wife told the person who appeared to be in charge, who said that this had never happened before. I remained in the cafe for another ten minutes or so, during which time no one came to check on my welfare or to apologise. When I left I saw that another portion of the date slice was still on sale. I told the sales assistant that I had cracked a tooth because it contained a stone and they should put a warning on it or withdraw it from sale. Again I was told that this had happened before. I pointed out that this was precisely why they should either warn people or withdraw it from sale. Again no apology was given. All in all a very poor piece of customer service, so I would suggest that people avoid this cafe.

Quaint store/restaurant to grab fresh cheese, bread, sandwiches and much more!
You could shop here for your groceries and grab a bite to eat as well. Good customer service.

A magical moment during a happy hour on the terrace overlooking the majestic Lac des Sables in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts! Beers from local and regional microbreweries, local Quebec wine, Charlevoix sausages, etc. A very good singer hosted this 5@7. All this in a magnificent setting of the Laurentians. It’s a bi-monthly appointment for me!
Thank you to the owner Ghyslain Valade for this great initiative! ???

Our first time at this store, the lady asked us if we were strolling or if we were going to buy. We bought beer and we were forced to buy a homemade product to be able to have beer, otherwise we couldn't buy! First time hearing this in my life, I would love to see this policy. Just for that I wouldn't go back there again! The IGA will do, anyway they have the same beers and more.

For the same products in other cafes/grocery stores/bakeries in Ste Agathe, the price is 50c to $2 higher. I prefer to walk a little.

Perfect Latte coffee ?.
Victoria, that's her name, gave me professional and judicious advice. She seemed very sensitive to the customer experience. Thank you.

Our experience was very disappointing. We arrived at 4:10 p.m., and were quickly informed that the restaurant closed at 5:00 p.m., prompting us to hurry on a Saturday. After ordering salads and paninis, we waited 15-20 minutes to receive them, despite the fact that we were the only customers. The service was extremely slow for people looking to eat quickly.Additionally, both salads we received were dry and had no dressing, only mayonnaise as a side. It was really surprising to see salads with no dressing, just mayonnaise. So we only had 25 minutes to taste these dry salads. Overall this experience was very disappointing.
