Perfect refueling/relaxing stop after a nice long hike in the Laurentians. I had the poutine végé (vegan poutine) made with vegan gravy and vegan cheese, my first-ever experience eating poutine. I'm guessing vegan poutine is a rarity. With my lack of experience I can't compare it with common non-vegan versions, but it was delightful—genuine comfort food. Very satisfying. My other half had the burger végé—a seitan patty and a crispy-fried potato patty in a bun...
J'ai goûté le burger de seitan. Délicieux mais un peu trop cuit sur une bordure. On a remplacé le fromage par du végane pour un supplément de 1,70... Bonnes frites, bonne salade de chou et excellent service. Bien aimé la bière rousse de la microbrasserie. Je devrai retourner pour essayer le chili.

This spot was a highlight of our trip through the Laurentians. A lively microbrewery with a cute café and bar with a view right into the brewery. The staff was so cool and accommodating. The menu is simple but don't be fooled - everything that came out of the kitchen was far above par. The Grilled Cheese in a variety of options is a Must Try!
