Bel endroit à découvrir. Le staff est sympathique et le service, impeccable 👌🏻 Merci! Mes choix pour le dîner, la salade de betteraves et leur tartine de champignons, étaient délicieux. Je recommande. Je ne consomme pas d’alcool, mais j’ai consulté leur carte et je confirme: les amateurs de vin auront l’embarras du choix.
I was looking for an out of the ordinary restaurant in the area and came across Restaurant Normal, it did not disappoint, the cuisine was gastronomical, it was explosions of flavor in my mouth, 100% recommend it. it is small plates but it gives you the opportunity to taste multiple plates. We had the Normal sausage, the beef tartar, mushroom skewer, the smoked cauliflower, the roasted vegetables and the deer skewer, every plate was delicious! Thank you to the chef(s).

Prices are approximately $90 per person, including wine. The restaurant's visual presentation is impeccable, with current and reinvented cuisine. The extensive wine list offers a deep selection of interesting wines, including an excellent starter wine "on tap" from a Quebec vineyard. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, with a cool vibe highlighted by vintage arcade games. Guests can enjoy family-friendly options and locally sourced ingredients in a cozy setting. The staff is welcoming and provides excellent guidance on portion sizes to help plan a "tapas-style" shared meal. Highlights include flavorful entrees like trout confit and mushroom toast. Plenty of street parking nearby makes visits convenient. Overall, Restaurant Normal provides a great dining experience, making it a focal point for Sainte Agathe des Monts, and a place where both food and wine are appreciated.
