If you don’t tip you won’t get served. The waitress said to me “if you don’t tip I’m not coming to serve you.” Mate it’s your job to serve me

In our group of 4, two of the orders arrived incorrect. The food was pricier than other options and the wait was long.

The hostess working Monday August 25th at 3:30PM would not allow us to sit on the patio because the table was for 4 people… and we were 2. It was the only available table outside. So the business lost customers/money and we are now next door at their competitors sitting on the patio.. at a large table.. with no issues.

The Annie’s nachos are delicious, the customer service is very friendly and the atmosphere will suit any taste with a variety of seating options.

We went to Annie’s for dinner, hoping to enjoy our visit, but unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. Service was slow from the start, and when my food finally arrived, I found a white hair in my burger. When I told the server, he took the plate away (I had barely eaten a quarter of it) but didn’t offer to replace the dish or suggest any other options. Instead, he brought us the full bill, saying that he was sorry but that it is the policy of the restaurant - they don’t remove the charge. How ridiculous is that? When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told there wasn’t one on site and that “they don’t do anything when there’s a problem with the food.” He added that he would “pay for it himself,” which honestly felt more dismissive than helpful.
It’s really too bad, because we have a boat and we are spending a lot of time in St Anne during the summer. But after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be back. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to have no process in place to address issues with food or customer service. Very disappointing.

The atmosphere is great, beautiful view. A Guiness was 10$ and it was fine. But the fajitas were around 30$ and it was a joke. How did people finish the whole thing with only 4 tiny tortillas. Had to buy another 4 tortillas for 2$. There was barely any beef. If I ever come back I'm bringing my own tortillas.

Cute little haunt on the river! Wednesday evening, it wasn't too busy but our food took awhile to come out. The ambiance was most excellent though and worth going for! Our server was friendly.

I went with my wife and child for an early supper over the weekend. The restaurant was not busy but the service remained super slow. I kept having to flag down our waiter for service, to check on the food, to ask for drinks, etc. Even time to pay, I had to wait at least 15 minutes before he showed up. If it was busy, I'd understand but it wasn't and the other tables around me were also getting frustrated. Numerous times, I'd see him and the other staff just standing by the kitchen door just talking and drinking chocolate milk.

Had a great time at Annie’s sur le lac with my friends! We ordered a couple of drinks, a veg burger, fish tacos, fish & chips, and the chicken wings (Diablo) — hands down the best for spice lovers. The flavor and heat were just perfect! Food came out fresh, portions were generous, and the lakeside vibe made it even better. Definitely a spot worth visiting with friends.

Disappointing Service
We had to wait way too long for our food, and the service was lacking. The waiter didn’t offer water or bring any napkins—we had to ask for everything ourselves. Not the experience we were expecting.
