Nice terrace and everything reasonable. BUT. The Tipping % when paying appears to be inaccurate and not in compliance with the new Quebec Government rules. You be the judge. Be careful.
The New owner told me other customers had complained. He doesn’t seem to care what his customers think. It seems you now have to eat when you drink. Well, there are other places on the boardwalk. So won’t be going back to what used to be a pleasant place.
