This is a terrific local pizza restaurant. Consistently good pizza. I order regularly and it's my families favorite. Pizza dough is just right, not too thick and not too thin.

The owner is so rude and they keept talking shit about us in a different language only because the sprite can that they gave me was extremely dirty even after trying to clean it and refused to offer another one saying “they are all like this” I was so disappointed because their pizza was good but the costumer service is a big 0

Waited 20 minutes in line, to be refused by the clerk at the cash to order a medium pizza during lunch hour telling me I should have called , but work a service job, have no idea when I would have been able to pick it up. Terrible service

If you're in the mood for poutine not only do they have several varieties but they're delicious and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Few I ordered to take out when my girlfriend was in St. Anne's hospital during COVID Days from there and the foods are delicious. 9/10

Pizza customer 3-4 times a year for xx years, product... normally good of course.

Last night at 6 p.m., pickup of an extra large one of which my friend and I only ate HALF of our FIRST slice... EXCESSIVELY THICK bottom dough and therefore NOT cooked... hot glue in the mouth.

Today at 1 p.m., I introduce myself – Extra large in hand – to VERY POLITELY highlight our dissatisfaction yesterday and suggest a replacement pizza.

To my great surprise, the boss - owner (not sure) gets on his high horse and, in a tone and with stunning arrogance, tries to convince me that his products can only always satisfy the customer and finally, suggest that I move on in the future.

Regarding politeness and good manners...Draw your conclusions.
