Pizza customer 3-4 times a year for xx years, product... normally good of course.

Last night at 6 p.m., pickup of an extra large one of which my friend and I only ate HALF of our FIRST slice... EXCESSIVELY THICK bottom dough and therefore NOT cooked... hot glue in the mouth.

Today at 1 p.m., I introduce myself – Extra large in hand – to VERY POLITELY highlight our dissatisfaction yesterday and suggest a replacement pizza.

To my great surprise, the boss - owner (not sure) gets on his high horse and, in a tone and with stunning arrogance, tries to convince me that his products can only always satisfy the customer and finally, suggest that I move on in the future.

Regarding politeness and good manners...Draw your conclusions.

I’m one of their regular clients, in the past years i spent over 200$ there. Today, my friends and I wanted to order pizza and we politely called to order a pizza delivery to my school. We asked the person who answered the phone how he was and we were super polite. When he asked for the address, my friend stuttered and laughed because she couldn’t pronounce the avenue properly after a few tries. He declined to deliver there and he hanged up the phone. Then, my other friend called and she was really polite, just to ask why it was not possible to deliver there since it was not a problem last year. He hanged up. Then I had to call & order for pick up instead of delivery. The man who picked up the phone the third time was really nice and polite, understanding, good job to him.When I got there, the owner looked at me and my friends and asked us who pranked called (even though it was not a prank call) and then when I proceeded to try to explain & tell him that we had no bad intentions, we just wanted food like anyone else and that my friend was stressing which is why she was stuttering, he didn’t want to listen to a word. At the end of the day, I payed 30$ for the pizza & I payed 25$ worth of uber. I said thank you so much twice and I got ignored. I’m disappointed.

I called and the person who opened the phone was rude, he answered the telephone with a rude tone. When i asked a question, the man hung up the phone and i had to Uber over to the restaurant to order what i wanted. I wasted 40$ to get there.

I come here every now and then for a poutine. It's a little salty, but besides that, it's an absolute BANGER. I love it. The pizza and subs are fine, but if you're hungry, just geg yourself the poutine. I still like coming here between classes at Abbott since it's so close. Staff is friendly enough and don't make you wait long for anything.
