We came to this Tims for breakfast for two consecutive days and both days we had wrong order delivered to us. Most staffs doesn't speak english and didn't really seem to care about taking long time to deliver wrong order. Strongly recommend using Tims app to place your order as the wait time is much longer if you are coming from big cities.
We ordered a Tea and a Cappuccino (in French, so there was no loss in translation). The served us one Tea and an ICED Cappuccino. When I pointed out the error, they said it was my problem because it was already made, and they were NOT going to make another one. As a peace offering, they gave me a straw. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I've been through 2 cities, 2 Tim Hortons (including this one) and 2 identically terrible experiences. Blatant lack of organization.Make sure nothing is missing from your order... what's more, the service dates back to another century:We prepare the meals/sandwiches for you on one side and then you still have to wait for the drinks on the other... as long as there are people there, I might as well tell you that if you order hot, it will be cold before so that you can drink...Good...read full review
