Jacques Cartier Pizza - Ste-Julie

I'm torn because the food is GOOD and it's the only place in town that caters to my allergy. But the wait time and communication are some of the worst I've ever seen. They take so long to prepare the food that the delivery people get fed up and leave. It's only been in the last month too. So I wait over an hour for food and the drivers lose time and money.

Unexpected visit yesterday so I ordered an XL all dressed from Jacques Cartier Pizza in Ste-Julie....worst pizza ever....lack of sauce and toppings. .overcooked thin pastry....$55. in the trash...it's indecent. I tried to contact someone responsible to complain but without success. No more Jacques Cartier for us. There are a lot of pizzerias in Ste-Julie...we will look elsewhere.

I stopped by for a pizza.
I liked the small all dress pizza. Well colored and the dough just the way I like it. Neither too thin nor too thick. The sauce is tasty.
The only downside was that when paying, the person didn't seem to appreciate that I didn't leave a tip. She handed over the Interac receipt in a garrulous manner. If I have to get up, move around to order, open the fridge to get my drink and clear the table, why would I tip?
In addition, the dishes are made of cardboard. After two slices it was destroyed and I had to finish eating from the pizza baking dish.

I'm leaving 2 stars because we were very disappointed with the food. Very very ordinary pizza, very few garnishes, $35 + tax for a 16 inch, it's very expensive for the quality of the pizza. submarine few vegetables, dry, very average too. On the other hand, for the service, nothing to say. Does not compare to that of Longueuil which is clearly superior.

I understand that there has been inflation, but to have had 2 medium flat pizzas for $63 is expensive. I don't mind paying, but stock up on the pizzas...

They are not able to modify the menu. Although I had never had a problem before. And they are stubborn. Zero for customer service. The new manager is a real pain.

I put one star because I can't give zero but I will never order from this place. I placed my order online which was supposed to arrive for delivery between 6:13 p.m. and 6:43 p.m. At 7:00 p.m. we still hadn't received anything so I called the pizzeria. A lady answers me, she tells me that they have my order but that they don't know if it has gone out for delivery to no. Finally I was told to get reimbursed by Uber eats, but I have never done business with Uber I ordered online directly from their site. I am given the boss who tells me that he is going to hear from his delivery people because he does not know what order they left with. I told her that it's not normal not to know that her order has been delivered and that it's poorly organized. Sir not happy with my comment hangs up on me. I called back there and spoke to the lady from the beginning, she told me again to get my money back from Uber. I explained to her again that I did not do business with Uber. She tells me ah we have delivery people arriving, give me time to see about it with them and I'll call you back. She calls me back 10 minutes. Later to tell me to get reimbursed with Uber I reiterate again that I do not do business with Uber, she puts me on hold and tells me you will have your pizza in 30 minutes. I tell him that I've been waiting for my pizza for 1h30 and I want my order as quickly as possible. She says okay bye and hangs up on me. Fortunately, 10 min. after this call I received my pizza. The cheese had stuck to the box, the pizza was cold, only the fries remained hot. Unfortunately, two more customers lost due to very average customer service!
