Let's start with the only negative point, some of the employees don't speak French or English, but that's forgiven pretty quickly when you take your first bite! The employees and owners are still super nice and attentive.

Don't expect sushi with high quality fish, it's farmed fish like many other sushi. Aside from the quality of the ingredients, they have perfect mastery of rice and the combinations of different ingredients.

I really like the special attention to taste and texture, which makes them the best value-for-money sushi I've eaten.

I really enjoyed the addition of crispy onion ring in some of the rolls, I didn't expect it to integrate so well with the sushi.

What I also like is that they don't use cream cheese on most of their rolls unlike some restaurants of the same type.

“The price is pretty affordable for the sushi. I do feel like some combos are a bit overpriced but most items are pretty reasonable. The food itself is pretty tasty. The ingredients are pretty fresh and decent cuts are served. They aren't cheaping out on the size of the cuts for the lower prices. I really enjoyed their homemade soya sauce which has a great flavour of umami and a great balance of saltiness and sweetness. The flavours were so on point it complemented the sushi so well. The pokebowl on the other hand, I feel like it was a good portion for the price but the protein was a bit lacking. The meat was tender and overall had good flavours but I would have preferred a bit more meat.“
