Was just in to order at the counter. A bit of a line, but understandable as it's noon on a Sunday in the summer. After ordering a single donut and a medium cafe mocha I too my donut to wait for my drink and watched the staff fill orders. There were at least 8 staff on shift but people seemed to be waiting a while for their orders. At least 2 orders in front of me had errors that needed to be corrected, with one staff handling a muffin with no protective gloves or paper, returning...read full review
I went to the drive thru, and my order was right, fast service, very nice employee. I like the new bowls, a bit more " homemade " and something different to eat when you have no choice but to eat fast food.

VERY SLOW service! 5 minutes for a coffee at the drive-thru! I decided to go inside instead next time. Young people prefer to chat with each other than respond to customers at the drive-thru. The trash cans are full! It is more important for young people to chat and grab a donut than to do their chores! I can't imagine the lack of supervision! VERY DISAPPOINTING AND pathetic!!
