“I live in Shady never heard about that place before was invited for a first date from the outside. I wasn’t sure at all once you get inside what a surprise good food service ambience beautiful place what a nice discovery and thank you to our waiter.“

“Very busy with the soccer on the tv. Decided to sit outside patio, much nicer. There was a group of people at the next table who were disruptive and rude, sneaking in through the patio door and then expecting to be served. The manager Lanora came and spoke to them quite politely and explained that there was a waitlist and their name was for the inside not patio. They were quite disruptive and impolite. Kind of ruined the rest of our meal. Manager was quite professional.“

“Our server, Xavier was very helpful, attentive and polite. We are American and dont speak French so it was great that he knew English and made the ordering process very simple. We enjoyed our meals - burgers, Mexican rice bowl and chicken tacos.“

“Great experience at Jack Astor’s! Our server was a true one-man army — super attentive, friendly, and always checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. The service really made our visit special. The piña colada was very good and refreshing. We also loved the garlic bread and nachos; they were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Everything came out fresh and well prepared. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!“

“We went there as a group of 5 girls on a Saturday for a birthday celebration! The Karaoke was smooth, we got to sing most of the songs we wrote down, the atmosphere was nice. The barmaid is helpful but refused to give out a glass of water even though we ordered a bunch of things before!“

“Service was excellent thanks to lydia for how nice and caring she was and her attentiveness to me and my boyfriend but then we had to switch waitresses because she had to go im guessing , the waitress with the long blonde hair however gave us attitude and seemed very bothered with any questions we had for her.“
