“We recently celebrated our son’s baptism at Trattoria La Strada, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Weeks before the event, we met with the owner, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Together, we planned a custom fixed menu that fit our budget. The meal started with shared platters of pizza and charcuterie, followed by a pasta course, and then veal with vegetables. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

On the day of the event, the service was impeccable. Our private area was cozy and intimate, perfect for our group of 35 people. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring glasses were always full and attending to every detail. They even accommodated special requests, like steamed vegetables and softer, overcooked pasta for our son.

We brought our own desserts, and the team surprised us by adding a complimentary fruit platter, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

Overall, everything about Trattoria La Strada—from the food to the service to the personal touches—was exceptional. I highly recommend it for any celebration or special event!“

“Came across this “pizza” restaurant because it sits across the drive from Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur de Montréal. What a pleasant surprise. We didn’t order pizza (must come back for that) but from their absolutely delicious, as it turns out, menu. Our dishes were premium and comfort rolled into one. If this place is a secret, it won’t last long.“

I just spent a wonderful evening in this restaurant and I can only recommend it. Everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious, the dishes beautifully presented and the setting pleasant. But what really stood out for my experience was the impeccable service.

A huge thank you to Mike, our server, who was attentive, smiling and very professional throughout the meal. His recommendations were excellent and he made sure we didn't miss anything. This kind of service makes all the difference.

In addition, the manager took the time to come and make sure everything was going well for us, a very appreciated gesture which shows how much the team cares about the well-being of its customers. This special attention added an even more personal touch to our experience. Thanks again for dessert!
