Very nice waitress. This is the only positive point for my experience. This is honestly the worst franchise restaurant I have visited so far.
The toilets are dirty. The lights that do not work, or very little, which causes flashes throughout the restaurant.
My partner had a poutine for breakfast: the potatoes were overcooked and TOO salty, to the point of making him nauseous. Crispy and dry Smoked Meat??
I had an eggs benedict with spinach and ham. The burnt bread and the spinach are in small, soft clumps, clearly frozen. I felt like I was eating baby puree because the consistency was so disastrous! Hollandaise sauce? No. Frozen spinach sauce with a side of Hollandaise sauce flavor.
I looked at the reviews before coming and I honestly don't understand all the 5 stars, unless our case is isolated.
I regret choosing this establishment and I do not recommend eating there.

Very poor management of the dining room, Several tables not cleaned, while the line lengthens outside. After almost 20 minutes of waiting, the waitress seated us somewhere, brought us our coffees, and then asked us to change places because she had miscalculated her placement, telling us to bring our own utensils and let's do it instead of just moving another table. She seemed lost and out of control of the dining room… in short we decided to leave. I won't go back there again.

We went to lunch on Sunday with the children.The idea of placemats for children is very well thought out to keep our commies waiting.The food really exceeded our expectations it was really delicious.And what about the service!Our server was polite, attentive, friendly and very attentive. A great asset for your restaurant.We will return without hesitation!

Everything was perfect, the employees super helpful, the food was exactly what we expected from our order! The only point to improve is the atmosphere, they would benefit from lowering lamps to make the restaurant warmer, more enveloping. However, I loved the decorations on the wall, all the little inspiring words! I totally recommend it!

Very disappointed with this experience, I came for lunch almost every Sunday and now I came at 2:30 p.m. with 3 people and the waitress told me that they are closing... but it closes at 3:00 p.m. He still had 3-4 tables that were eating… you just lost customers ?
