Rôtisserie St-Hubert

Great Food, friendly staff, My wife ordered mashed potatoes they arrived cold, I ordered french fries with my rotisserie chicken they also arrived cold, they were quickly changed but that's not the point.

Its 8:15 and they close at 8:30
PS A few weeks ago they shut their doors for several weeks. REASONS UNKNOWN

Wow, restaurant is so dirty, carpet stuck to my shoes ,washroom disgusting service was so slow, food was cold and over cooked seemed to to be reheat3d in a microwave, can't believe how this restaurant is so outdated, once again can't believe how st. Hubert would allow a restaurant to be so dirty, had trouble moving my chair from sticky carpet, one little bottle of ketchup for 18 people, had to ask several times for water , st Hubert has gone in quality etc

My husband and I were there for Valentine’s Day. We ordered our food and our appetizers arrived at the same time as our meal… Everything was cold and horrible.l, The waitress never came back to see us to see if everything was OK if our food was OK we never saw her again until it was time for our bill and someone else came!!! I didn’t eat any of my food. My husband only ate half of it and we brought it home. We figured maybe if we warm it up, but it was horrible. We will never be going there again. So disappointing!!!

The Valleyfield place was terrible. Sevice was very slow. The food was overcooked especially the shrimp and steak. The waitress never came back to see if everything was o.k. Never going there again. Very discouraging.

Had a salad with veggie strips, but it was fries in oil that is used for frying meats, was reluctant to try and should have followed my mind as it ended up upsetting my stomach.

I don’t recommend this St.Hubert, not only did my food take forever , my chicken sandwich was way to over cooked , it tasted like it was cooked in very old oil , and on top of it the place was not clean , there was garbage everywhere. The employees were just chatting away when they could have been cleaning the garbage that was all over the floor .

Food was excellent. We ordered the classic chicken and side dishes. The portions were good. However the restaurant was looking a bit run down and the women's washroom was terribly dirty.

17$ for half a poutine thats not even 5$ worth

I've been ordering delivery from this restaurant 5+ years now whenever I ask for a cesar salad, sweet potato fries, or rice instead of the regular fries I either have no side dish or just have fries considering there's a 2-3 dollar surcharge I've been rob of at least 20-30 dollars I call everytime and I geothermal same ring around and then nothing comes of it. I don't mind so much getting just a fry ez mistake to make there's so many orders and you pump them out fast. But when the side is missing is when I'm actually angry because ya I want food then I'm treated like the bad guy for calling in when there's a problem.

Aurane was my waitress who really demonstrated excellent customer service. She was able to greet customers with a warm smile and friendly attitude, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. His attention to detail was remarkable; she took the time to make sure every order was correct and always checked to see if we needed anything else. In addition, his knowledge of the menu and his ability to give relevant recommendations greatly improved our experience. In short, Aurane is a waitress who knows how to make each visit memorable through her professionalism and commitment to her customers.
