Stopped in around 8pm on my way through Shannon and was surprised how quiet and clean the place was for a weeknight. The staff at the counter had my double double and a toasted bagel out in under two minutes, no fumbling around. Plenty of parking right out front too, which is not always a given at these locations. Small thing, but the tables were actually wiped down and the coffee tasted fresh, not like it had been sitting since morning.
