McDonald's in Sherbrooke

“I wished this store had more outlets for electronic devices. The food is always accurate, but the store needs more staff. Of the 3 McDo on rte 112, this one feels it's staffing issues the most. The staff are great, there just aren't enough of them.“

“Fast food is fast food, unfortunately sometimes theres no love in putting my burger together 😕most of the time I am eating in between jobs, so McDonald's it is, easy cheeseburger deluxe nothing else! I open it and most of the ingredients are half in half out. What a mess it makes ,was no love! Now if I was the one making it, I would go some what fast not to fast when you miss the target! I get the deluxe cause I want some veggies😅. Please we all should do our jobs with love!! It will make someone's day. King east McDonald gave me a burger and I smiled when I ate my burger, it was made with love❤️was able to hold it without getting sauces everywhere.“

“This mcdo is phenomenal. I went for one of the breakfast combos and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and care it was prepared. Eggs were done perfectly, not too over done, the service was great. Looks like this McDonald’s really has a great team. Bravo“

“This was around 2am we were coming back from mont Mégantic with our kids. Wanted to take break as we got late for dinner as we had our slot for visiting astro lab. We ordered and the staff was super friendly. They opened the door for us to use the washroom as at that time it was only drive thru available. the food they served was steaming hot. We were hungry and enjoyed our meal. Kudos to the team present there on 3rd august at 2am there. You are doing great job. ??“

“There's this kid, Nathan, he works as a cashier everytime I comme in and honestly he is just awesome. He's always super kind, patient, friendly. His customer service skills are way beyond needed. Give him a raise please, he deserves it by ALOT. the only thing about this burger king is that the supervisor for the 19th of August, was a bit rude with his employees but Nathan explained that he's super nice. I trust his judgment. Honestly, if youre looking for a good customer service place, GO TO BURGER KING, especially with this young fella! This burger king never disappoints me“

“It’s nice, new, and clean. I liked the fact that they have screens at the entrance so you can order your food as if you were placing a mobile order. The food was fresh and good, typical McDonald’s.The service however was slow compared to other locations, but ok.“

“(Translated by Google) Lots of chatter in the kitchen between the young employees. So hard to relax.(Original)Beaucoup de placotage dans la cuisine entre les jeunes employés. Donc, difficile de se détendre.

Parking: Très grands stationnements, donc, très facile de se garer.“

“Everything is organized, its super welcoming!?

Vegetarian options: There’s the Big Mac without meat!?

Parking: There are maybe 20 places ready!?

Kid-friendliness: There are places and menu for children!?
