Osé Sushi Centre-ville is a beautiful and modern restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the open kitchen allows diners to see chefs preparing dishes. The sushi is praised for its delicious taste, with one reviewer calling it "trooop boooooon". The restaurant is also praised for its fast delivery time and freshness of sushi. However, one reviewer noted inconsistent quality, citing a missing order and less-than-fresh ingredients on a recent visit. Despite this, the restaurant remains a favorite among sushi lovers in Sherbrooke.
