During our recent road trip, we stumbled upon Pacini Sherbrooke and it turned out to be a delightful surprise for the entire family. Tucked away in a cozy corner, this restaurant exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you step in.The ambiance is just right—casual yet refined, perfect for families with kids. We were promptly greeted by friendly staff who made us feel welcomed right away. Our server was attentive and patient, especially with our children, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable.One standout dish was the Fettuccine Alfredo—it was creamy, rich, and seasoned to perfection. The kids couldn't get enough of the cheesy pizza, which was a hit for both its taste and generous toppings. And of course, no meal is complete without dessert! The Tiramisu was the perfect ending to our dining experience—light, fluffy, and absolutely indulgent.We'll definitely be back on our next road trip!

I celebrated my birthday with 9 friends at Pacini and we had a great time! Warm, family environment, the waiter Alexandre was kind and attentive! The party song on TV was festive and sweet. A must in Sherbrooke!

Total disappointment! The Penne Primavera...with completely soggy pieces of arugula, very few vegetables, lots of oil, little sauce... Ordinary service, ordinary atmosphere! Incomparable to Pacini Drummond.

Le Pacini de Sherbrooke est un restaurant délicieux. En plus d'avoir une délicieuse sélection de pâtes, on y retrouve un bar à pain qui fait la joie de toute la famille. Surtout en attendant un repas, il permet de grignoter en ayant les toasts rempli de beurre. Par contre c'est sûr que je n'aime pas beaucoup la philosophie d'entreprise dans lequel quand on passe un appel pour faire une réservation, il n'y a pas de réponse malgré plusieurs appels répartis dans le temps. J'ai essayé d'appeler trois fois pour faire une réservation à des moments différents car je sais que dans la restauration les gens peuvent être parfois très occupés et malheureusement jamais un serveur à oser décrocher le téléphone. Je pense que c'est un bon restaurant familial pour apporter des enfants ou des adolescents. C'est aussi un délicieux restaurant pour boire une coupe de vin bien sélectionnée par Pacini. Par contre, je pense que le stationnement pourrait être amélioré en terme de nid de poule. Surtout que la clientèle destinée au Pacini a souvent des voitures de bonne qualité. En ce sens d'avoir des nids de poule est très chiant. Ceci étant dit, je recommande aux gens de réserver sur internet, même si ça rend inhumain le processus de sélection d'un restaurant et je vous encourage à goûter aux pâtes Alfredo qui sont absolument délicieuses et j'aime leur assiette en métal dans lequel repas son service. J'espère que mon avis vous a aidé à réfléchir sur la possibilité d'aller à ce restaurant
