There is a little something I cannot put my finger on there. Is it that it is virtually opened all year long? Is it the good service I always get? Or is it the food itself? I don't know, but this place feels honest and authentic even though it is part of a big franchise.

Great customer service and desserts were completed in a timely manner. I came in on a Friday at 8pm and there was a steady flow of customers. Lines were not long at all.
