If you're looking for a fast-casual dining experience in Sherbrooke that combines speed, quality, and a welcoming atmosphere, Poulet Rouge is a standout choice. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed with almost every aspect of this popular eatery.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who clearly prioritize customer service. Even though the restaurant was bustling with people, I never felt rushed or neglected....

Unfortunately, the last time I went there it was really too greasy and the rice tasted like nothing. But otherwise in general it’s really good and I like going there, the employees are very friendly!
