The menu offers a wide variety of delicious and generously portioned dishes, including the delectable pear grilled cheese sandwich and the fabulous smoked salmon dish with eggs benedict. The restaurant takes pride in its superb presentation, with colorful and well-presented dishes that are full of flavors and 100% vegan creativity. While the exterior may not be impressive, the interior and service are top-notch. With a focus on vegan cuisine, the restaurant is a hidden gem worth visiting, even with slightly higher prices. The brunch is copious and delicious, and the attention to allergens is very appreciated, with gluten-free options available for almost all dishes. A true culinary gem in Estrie, it’s a place to absolutely visit, taste, and re-taste!
