I needed a late night coffee run and they were the only one open after 11pm on a Sunday night in Sherbrooke. I order via the mobile app and just showed it at the counter and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. Thank you!
Sometimes understaffed but despite that the workers do a good job. The restaurant in general does seem to get the concept of mobile ordering. Every time I have ordered ahead at this location they have not started even making my order until I announce myself. Usually by standing in line until I can tell a staff member I am there for a mobile order.
Great food - good customer service - ambience is not my style

Tim Hortons has its ups and downs. While some customers have had bad experiences with inconsistent food and drink quality, poor customer service, and limited parking, others have enjoyed pleasant interactions with staff and loved their iced cappuccinos and chocomiel donuts. The restaurant offers some vegetarian options, such as crème de brocolis, which is also gluten-free. Parking can be a challenge, especially during peak hours. Some customers have noted that the toilets are often not clean and may be closed, which affects the overall experience. Despite these issues, many still find the donuts better than those at a certain other chain, and during winter, the chocolate hazelnut muffins are highly praised. Communication can sometimes be difficult in a very Francophone area, but pointing and loud explanations in English usually help. Overall, Tim Hortons has room for improvement but also retains a loyal customer base.
