As usual, lunch was good, hot and fresh.However, the cashier didn't seem to understand French well, which brought a bit of frustration.However, we are well aware of the personnel issues and all in all, we really enjoyed our time there!
For my part, since the new administration, I find the drive-thru service very fast. The comments I read say the opposite, I'm surprised. The times I go there there is little wait and my order is ready quickly. The employee at the window is usually very cordial. For me it’s a 4/5!
Our 1st Tim Hortons experience. The donuts were tasty. The coffee was almost too sweet, but then I got used to it. The wrap was very delicious! The staff was pleasant. The girl who took our order also gathered all of food and items. They could definitely benefit from having the cashier just run the register and have a dedicated food runner.
